Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of nomorestudio.it, including the studio's informational pages and the online shop.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, without infringing on third-party rights and without taking any action that could damage, overload, or compromise the site or its systems.
Intellectual property
The logo, text, images, the case studies shown in the works section, and every other piece of content on the site belong to No More Studio or to the respective clients and are protected by copyright law. They may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
User accounts
Account access happens via a sign-in link ('magic link') sent to the email address you provide, with no password. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure and for any activity carried out through your account.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site available and error-free at all times, but we can't guarantee this in every circumstance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or factors outside our control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, except for the consumer's home-court jurisdiction where mandatorily provided by law for customers acting as consumers.

We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
