What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work correctly, remember your preferences, and, if you allow it, understand how the site is used.
Necessary cookies (always on)
Required for the site to work: they remember your chosen language, your cart contents, whether you're signed in, and the choice you made in the cookie banner. Without these cookies some parts of the site wouldn't work correctly. They don't require consent.
Analytics cookies (optional)
We don't currently use any traffic-analytics tools. If we introduce them in the future, they'll only be set with your explicit consent, and you'll be able to turn them off at any time from your cookie preferences.
Marketing cookies (optional)
If you accept marketing cookies we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The pixel records the pages you visit and the submission of the contact form, and links those actions to the ads we run on Instagram and Facebook. When you submit the form, your email address and phone number are sent to Meta in encrypted form (SHA-256 hash), never in the clear, for the sole purpose of attributing the enquiry to the ad you came from. Without your consent nothing is loaded and nothing is sent; you can withdraw it at any time from the cookie preferences.
Third-party cookies
During checkout, Stripe may set its own necessary cookies to complete the transaction securely. These cookies are managed directly by Stripe under their own privacy notice.
Managing your preferences
You can review or change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings, keeping in mind that disabling necessary cookies may prevent the site from working correctly.
