Shipping & Returns
Shipping destinations
We ship to Italy and most European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. You select your destination country directly at checkout.
Delivery times and costs
Tracked shipping has a flat rate of €5.90 and arrives within 5–8 business days of order confirmation. Since every garment is printed to order, this window includes production time.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking code to follow your delivery.
How to request a return
You can request a return directly from your order page in your account area, stating the reason. We'll reply by email with return instructions.
Return conditions
The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, and undamaged, within 14 days of the return request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or one different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nomorestudio.it: we'll arrange a free replacement.
