Conditions of Sale
Scope
These conditions apply to all orders placed through the shop section of nomorestudio.it. The seller is No More Studio di Alessandro Giannone.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Products are printed to order: we don't hold stock, so the availability shown on the site is up to date in real time.
Order process
Orders are completed through Stripe Checkout, where shipping and payment details are collected. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as payment goes through.
Payment
We accept the payment methods made available by Stripe at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Right of withdrawal
If you're purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under EU consumer law. Since our garments are printed to order, please contact us before returning a product so we can agree on the return process.
Legal warranty of conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity for consumers. If you receive a defective item, contact us at info@nomorestudio.it: we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
